Goods are to be returned in original packaging , unused and unopened, within 20 days of notification of intent.
If the return is due to damages during shipping, the damages are to be noted on the courier waybill and picture of damaged packing and product are required.
Notice of return received after the 5 days will considered only in the situation where the item is missing parts or damaged due to our error.
